people and public transport

its nothing like Malaysia. there's time when i miss driving to work, and there's time when im glad i dont have to drive to work. having said that, i dont know how Malaysian travel back and forth to work with public transport. What i meant to say is the attitude of them commuters. because, i dont really take public transports back at home. there's once or twice when i have to take public transport due to work commitment, but other than that, i drive to work. so, i dont have that relevant experience to comment on how Malaysian commuters behave while they do.

in England, public transport plays the biggest part of going around, especially in London itself. as far as im concern, its dependable. but us commuters still cannot escape the fact that sometimes, minor or severe delays will affect our day to day life. this is when sometimes i got frustrated, especially when it happens in the early hours. some people are just inconsiderate of others. when cases like this take place, the train will operate really slow. sometimes, u wait 10mins for the train to come. means missing this current one, will most likely resulted in 10mins late to work. but people in the train just refuse to co-operate that u got frustrated. there's still space to squeeze in as everyone else also need to get to the university or workplace on time. but with such attitude, it will be impossible to do so. i am not being stereotype, hence not everyone is like that!

Normal situation in the train.

1. giving you that face like "are you blind or just stupid? can't u see there's no more space for you?" for fuck sake, everyone's in a hurry, be fucking considerate!! blergh

2. the train is full, yet, u still wanna read the paper like if you don't, the world will just fall on u!! just keep the newspaper for later and read at work or whatever. like seriously, we know you're smart or need to know hows the share doing today or bla bla bla..but honestly no one cares! just bloody keep the newspaper away.

3. its 8 in the morning. u can't possibly be so fucking smelly right? NOPE! you're wrong. lots of them just get up, wash their face, brush their teeth, IF they remember, and change into their working attire..WITHOUT applying any deodorant. eeeewwww! bloody disgusting. please, brush your hair dude! evening? lets not go there shall we. urghh

Normal situation on the bus.

1. Two women are fighting with each other. ALL THE TIME. i am sorry, again im not being stereotype here. But all the time, when it happen in front of my eyes, it does involve a black woman. and they will not stop, until they got off the bus. well, i fight with one though. Fuck her for thinking i wont retaliate just because she think i will not! forget that. she deserved that FUCK OFF from me.

2. Refusing to give up seats for the needy ones. that is why, i never sit in front rows, not ever unless if its pass night time. well, usually these old people won't go out at night as much. so it should be fine! some just completely ignore them, even if they were standing in front of those seats. manners are way below the par level i must say. inconsiderate.

3. Nasty bus drivers. but hey, it doesn't happen only here in London, it happens everywhere. Malaysia is no exception. Some are really helpful and nice and all. But others, omigosh!

Having said that, public transport is still the best transportation means in England. Its easy, its cheap and it can be fast too. But having to face those craps like the above, is just annoying! Imagine starting your day with a disgusting smell, and end it with an even more disgusting smell. Being a typical Asian, short is definitely not a good thing. Having to stand under someone's smelly armpit and face with a disgusting breath! urgh. its a nightmare. those are moments when i really miss driving to work. i dont mind getting stuck in a traffic jam. hmm, but on a second thought, do i really?
