Weeks after my birthday

Well hello hello! been busy..wandering around about life..and so forth! Last blog was written almost 2 weeks ago. So what had happen so far?

We went roller-skating for Suzanne's birthday celebration, and the theme is neon. It was hella lotsa fun. I fell off once, without no one touching me, somehow i dont know what happen, i just fell. Was ready for the aftermath of aching and stuff, but thank God for the speedy recovery. I requested for the DJ to play Blondie - Atomic, but she put the record on for like 5 seconds, that bloody DJ. The night was abso-fucking-lutely colourfully fun. Happy Belated Birthday Suzanne darling.

As I told you before, these kids were having exams when it was my birthday, so they've made it up to me, and we went for my dinner birthday celebratory at Princi and then to Aint Nothing But Blues Bar after the dinner. The food was good, but since its Non-Halal, we basically were on a strictly MEAT DIET. I had Tuna Pizza (don't remember what they called it in Italian that), and please dont tell me tuna is a meat. Its a friggin fish!! Somehow these days, i take over my sister's habit of the last and slowest one to finish the food. Sorry ladies. And then, we went to Aint Nothing But Blues. Tada. The growing old graciously drummer is looking pretty hot in his age. He's easily 40, but goodness me, he's one hot old drummer! Second time there, never seems to dissapoint me so far. The music is obviously Blues, and its goooooood. But, its too small, and jam-packed. We had to queue for at least half an hour to get in, but its worth going, at least once. You're not gonna be dissapointed.

We also had an office Xmas dinner at Khan's. Well, its a yearly company dinner. Almost 80% of the staff in the company are celebrating Xmas. Its a way of saying Thank You, Merry Christmas and Happy New Year. Last year was Assaha, a Lebanese food. This time it was Khan's, an Indian food. It was good. Nothing to talk about but eat and leave. Yup, they did exactly that. Its almost unbelievable, like you eat, say thank you and you leave just like that. Well, last year, i left early, because i am still so new, but this year, i had to wait to leave together with them bosses, and its call RESPECT.

My lovely Zaty and Wani..they're my colleague yes!!

Then at night, we went for bowling and shisha session, and its all for our beautiful chef, Belle who left London for good last Sunday. It was HORRENDOUS, for me. Ha ha. These kids were bullying me through and through, and I wasnt the one whos leaving, muppets! ha ha. Fine, I am sucks at bowling. Like WTH, all my shots went either to the left or to the right, when i was targeting (supposedly) at a straight direction to all 10pins. Dude, i fucking blame the lane. Ha ha. And while everyone had great shots, i scored the lowest, and it finally came. Saving my beautiful strike for the last. Ha ha. Then we went for shisha. Somehow, whenever i went for a shisha at that particular area, i always get "can you keep it down a bit?", like dude, I am not in a fucking library. Its frustrating at times. I dont really do shisha, cause people kept telling me dont do it like you're having a fag, just inhale the smoke and blow. Whats the point? As i am not having that, i kept smoking it like i am having a fag, and choke and cough, but whatever! But the day ended on a high note. It was a good looooooong fun Friday.

Bowling at Queen's

Thanks Belle. We miss you already!

Its not a lot of a situation, but its enough to make me thanked God for sending me these people when I am so far away from home. There are times when I felt lonely and stuff, but at the end of the day i just thought, "being selfish doesnt help, cause their life doesnt revolve just around me, so pick yourself up and fucking move on already", and so i did just that! Life is good if you just try and live it up a bit, rather than complaint. Thats a reminder to myself too, as i tend to do it ever so often these days.
